IMPORTANT NOTICE ON REGISTRATIONS*
ONLINE REGISTRATION
We would like to inform you that the online registration platform for the ICMMPA 5 will remain open until Saturday April 6th at 15:00 GMT.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION
If you wish to register to the conference beyond the aforementioned date you must register on-site at the conference venue. To do so, please send an email to icmmpa5@aktinatravelgroup.com stating your intent to register in order to participate to the ICMMPA 5, followed by your full name, professional affiliation and contact details prior to your arrival at the conference venue.
In the subject line please write “On-site registration request”.
The conference venue has a very strict guest entrance policy and by sending us a registration request in advance, you ensure that your name is included in the conference participant list given at the conference venue entrance.
**In case you do not send us a registration request before arriving at the venue, you will not be allowed to enter the conference venue.**
Kindly note that to be able to enter the conference venue to finalize your registration, you are required to send your registration request 24 hours prior to your arrival time.
